Thank you for your interest in applying to Samuel Merritt University's Occupational Therapy program. Before you begin your application, you are strongly encouraged to contact Anne Seed, SMU OT admission counselor,

aseed@samuelmerritt.edu, to determine general "readiness" to submit an application for the Fall 2025 start.

All of the information you include in your application is confidential and used only by the Office of Admission for statistical and recruitment purposes. Contact information is not shared with any other departments on campus or third party agencies. Demographic information that you provide (not required) is only used for statistical purposes.

List by full name every college or university you have attended and the full name of the college or university where you received your Bachelor’s degree.
